All artwork and files (pdf, png, jpg, ai, psd) are property of EVR PAPER and may not be used outside of the use agreement below. Artwork is purchased as a license, not ownership. Original artwork and/or framing services are quoted separately from use license. EVR maintains the right to update, modify, reproduce all artwork created.

Purchase includes non-exclusive license, not ownership. All Artwork [PDFs, PNGs and/or JPGs] and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Stationer.

■ Art may not be printed independently. Including but not limited to save the dates, wedding invitations, day-of items (welcome notes, menus, programs, escort cards, etc).
■ Art may not be sold or given. Including but not limited to stationery, prints, or gifts.
■ Art may not be modified. Including but not limited to altering composition, coloring, or proportion. The Stationer reserves a right to create any such modifications.

Materials may be used and displayed by Client only. This license to use the Artwork is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Stationer reserves the right to photograph and distribute past work as needed. Stationer is conscious of personal information and looks to obstruct and/or change when possible. Client agrees to credit Stationer as the owner/creator of the Artwork including but not limited to in publications, websites, social media. Client will cite EVR PAPER (capitalized) or @evrpaper (social media).

Any breach of the terms shall be cause for termination of this Agreement. In the event of termination, Client agrees to certify that no copy remains in possession or control and are subject to fines equal to the value of actual use.


Proofread, proofread, proofread. After formal approval (payment + written affirmation), no changes may be made. We rely on customers to review and confirm all personal information.

Reprint of stationery cards: minimum $200. Reprint of envelope addresses: minimum $50. Same minimums apply for ordering more; best to buffer ∼10 extras.


Final unless there is a change in count, printing method, and/or art+design requests.


Existing collection goods are invoiced in full at the time of ordering, and a pdf proof of the design emailed for review/approval before printing.

For new designs, or for customers with a multi-project scope, a 20% retainer required to reserve time to work together and begin design process. Retainer is non-refundable. Remaining balance due to approve/send each project to print. All invoices NET30; post 30 days, projects will incur a 10% late fee until submitted.

Rush orders (under 3 wk production request), depending on timing, may be available at our +30% rush rate.

Three revisions are included in estimates. If needed, additional change requests will be quoted separately and shared before edits made.


Custom orders are delivered 3 weeks from approval date.

Wedding Stationery: Entire project timing will vary based on design needs. Most often, couples reach out early during their engagement and we take our time designing paper good needs. Different printing methods can extend project timelines. We will discuss an agreed upon start/delivery date based on availability and event needs. Day-of wedding items (menus, programs, escort cards) must be formally approved 3 weeks out. Start thinking about day of needs shortly after wedding invitations are mailed.


Domestic: UPS Ground shipping is included with all wedding stationery estimates.

International: USPS International Priority Mail/FedEx timeframes are an estimated ~6-10 business days. Costs will vary depending on location; anticipate an additional $50-100.


All custom orders (invitations, liners, save the dates, day-of items) are final.
